Entrepreneurship is a valuable skill for teens to develop, and competitions provide a great learning experience for them to do so. 

  • Over the past few years, entrepreneurship has become a hot topic, with startup valuing in the billions.  
  • The popularity of shows like Shark Tank, increase the focus on entrepreneurship in colleges and  schools.

Is also a skill that few students get to experience or develop, especially within the confines of a classroom

  • Students rarely have the opportunity of building and launching their own business. 
  • This extracurricular program and competition are set to change that.

Competing in teams leaded by a teacher must to choose between two tracks: Business Innovation or Social Innovation

How is the process

The 5 steps are the  submission round, a pitch round, a national round, a continental semi-final round and a World final round.

  • Initial submissions must include botha written concept narrative similar to a business plan and a pitch deck.
  • While the early rounds must be done through virtual, semifinalist do receive an invitation to compete live.

what do you gain by participating

Prizes were given to first, second and third place winners range from $5.500 tp $13.000.

  • Develop capabilities like critic thinking, research, Teamwork and leadership
  • Access to an exclusive 3 day Bootcamp with mentors and speakers

High School Entrepreneurship Competition

The 7 Jump program is an entrepreneurship competition for Adventist high schools students from all over the world. Competing teams may be comprised of two to four high school students and one teacher.

The Process

Online Applications will end on Aug 15

preselected Teams will pitch in an online event from Sept 1 - 15

The teams will compete for be the representants of their country on a continental Semi final. Oct 15

The selected teams of all the countries will compete for be one of the 3 representants on the final. Nov 15

The final event where all the teams will compete for 3 prizes. Dec 12
